develop that feeling of anticipation; it may not be the same feelings as
Christmas morning but you can use that feeling of Christmas morning and transfer to working out.
Putting yourself in a state of mind that allows you to do your best
work is crucial for keeping long-term commitments of diet and exercise.
"The most effective exercises are the ones that you're willing to do every day".
I used to hear this quote often by my gym teacher and later my training coaches.

You're going to be eating sensibly for the rest of your life.
You might as well find those components that will make you feel good, while you're doing what
is good for you. One way to accomplish this is to take the
time and create an internal vision of what your life will be
like once you hit your goal. Make it a habit when you wake up in the morning
to take a few minutes to daydream about this "future you".
Try to get a handle on what you'll look like; how you'll feel; what you're eating, how
you're working out.
