Is ODLK project down?

I started running the ODLK project (not this one) and I have two computers full of completed work units but they will not connect. I can't get to the website and I am guessing that the whole thing is down and not just the "feeder" - as reported in the BOINC Manager event log. Does anyone know if it will be back? Cheers !
