We use Google Workspace for our business email addresses here at WPBeginner.
It comes with all the best email functionality that
you need. It includes a smart spam filter, conditional email forwarding, two-factor authentication for security, integrations with Google Apps,
and a whole lot more. That being said, let’s look at how to set
up a business email address using Google Workspace. Google Workspace starter plan costs
$6 per user each month. It gives you access to Gmail, Docs,
Drive, Calendar, and audio/video conferencing with 30 GB of cloud storage for each user.
You will also need a domain name, which you
can purchase during the signup. If you already have a domain name
and a website, then you can use your existing domain with Google Workspace.

know what such a being could teach us? I mean, for the past year, I’ve tried to

Let me give you a kind of lesson in epistemic humility. We don’t really
know whether GPT-4 is net positive or net negative.
There are lots of arguments you can make. I’ve been in a bunch of debates where I’ve
had to take the side of arguing that it’s a net negative.
It needs to be suitable for who you are emailing and how personally you know them.
If you’re not sure (do your homework!), it’s
best to stick to a friendly, but formal tone. The optimal level of
readability for an email is just 3rd grade.
Trigger words are common words and phrases we can include in an email,
that are proven to boost recipient attention. Understanding and implementing subtle psychological triggers can take your email campaigns to whole
new levels. When writing a follow-up email to
a client after a quotation, stick a couple of triggers
in there to set your recipient up before you knock them out of the park.
Trying to squeeze all of these triggers into your existing quotation follow-up email would be silly.
In fact, doing so could lead to your emails going into spam.
It’s important to use these words where they naturally fit,
are relevant, and write your message around them. The whole point of a psychological trigger is that it slips under a recipient’s
conscious radar.
