Your personal background.
If you have existing lists of safe names and addresses, you can move
that information into Outlook. For more information, see
Import e-mail addresses into the Junk E-mail Filter Lists.
To quickly add a sender, domain name, or mailing list name to the Safe
Senders List, right-click a message from a source
that you consider safe. It is worthwhile to periodically review
messages moved to the Junk E-mail folder for any that
may have been mistakenly classified as junk. You can recover messages you want and add those senders to your Safe Senders list.

To remove a name from the Safe Senders List, on the Safe Senders tab of the Junk E-mail Options dialog box, click the name that you want to remove, and then click Remove.

To change a name in the Safe Senders List, on the Safe Senders tab, click
the name that you want to change, and then click
Edit.

Then, you should break down each task you completed as part of the project
and how much you are charging for this. If you charge per hour
or day, then include this as part of the breakdown as well.

If your client has not missed the due date of an invoice, you may need to contact
them again to follow up on the payment. It can feel awkward to contact a
client repeatedly over the same issue, but you need to get paid for the
work you have performed for them. Chasing payments
is unfortunately a common grievance when working as a freelancer.
Your client may have an explanation for why they have been unable to pay you before
the due date. Nonetheless, you shouldn’t let them avoid paying for your work.
Make sure that your email is polite but firm. If this is the first instance that you’re contacting your client to follow up with them,
there’s no need to be overly personal.

How do spammers get my email address? Spammers can obtain your mail address through various
methods such as scraping websites, purchasing email lists, or exploiting data breaches where personal information is
leaked. Why do scammers want your email? Scammers seek your mail address to target you with
phishing schemes, send malware, or sell your information to other malicious entities, aiming to deceive you or steal sensitive information. What can someone do with my email address?

With your mail address, someone can send you phishing emails to extract personal information, sign you up for unwanted subscriptions,
or even impersonate you in fraudulent activities. How do spam emails
work? Spam emails are unsolicited messages sent, typically in bulk, by mail.
Such messages are typically distributed by spammers who know
exactly what they’re doing and are willing
to go to great lengths to circumvent spam filters. They either scrape mail addresses directly from
the web or obtain them from the darknet.

However, few other services currently support ARC, so it's still necessary to add forwarding hosts to your
Fastmail account to help us detect legitimately forwarded messages more accurately.
If you have certain hosts you don't want to subject
to regular spam filtering, you can "whitelist" them.
By adding this address to your contacts, you are marking the domain as
trusted. Whitelisting a domain only works if
we detect that the message was actually sent from the domain that is whitelisted.
If a message has forged headers to make you believe it is coming
from the whitelisted domain, it will still be detected as spam.
The Fastmail system adds the following headers to spam checked email.
X-Spam-score - aggregate spam score. A number with 1 decimal
place. 5.0 are considered spam. X-Spam-hits - shows which SpamAssassin rules were triggered
by an email and the score of each rule that hit. TYPE a score of 1.091,
and so on.
