Samsung customer services are a pathetic joke.
I just wanna let people know that when u buy a Samsung appliance,
and it get damage under the Samsung warranty is
a joke! Include a glass door or two, and let your prettiest china show.

Samsung deserves a class action lawsuit, their warranty specifically
states that transit damage is not covered which is valid
but when you try to get failed electronics repaired under
the warranty they blame transit damage, it's an easy out!

8-10 phone calls, each 20 minutes or more trying to get date when they
will repair phone. Through this you will avoid the situation of having a technician who doesn't

I just contacted Samsung customer service and I was told they will not reimburse me my money.
