What makes Whirlpool think they can tell me how much water a load of clothes I put in my washer
needs to have to become clean to me? These coils are either
located beneath or behind a fridge, where dust and dirt can easily settle and cling
over them. They both need repair and are only months old.
Spent three months with it working off and on. We know how important it is to have a working cooktop.
I have called other numbers and have been on hold for over 45 minutes.
You will be put on hold - no matter what number you call - for hours!
I called the corporate office to register a complaint, but was on hold FOREVER!
She called whirlpool to diagnose the problem and found that it was the washer inlet valve.
I called customer service and they just said they were sorry for
the inconvenience. No knob. No way to communicate or follow up
with customer service. NO KNOB! How hard can this be?
After a month of having my wife complain, I placed calls to customer service on December 31st, January 25th, March 16th and today April 13th.
All I want is a replacement knob.
My only recourse is to wait for a knob which I have been waiting for now for 4 1/2 months.

We bought a new Whirlpool Range in Sept 2020.
One of the knobs fell off so we couldn't use the complete range.
Use softner ball as recommended. Use Tide HE as recommended.
Used freshner as recommended. Be sure that spare parts exchanged
are of the finest quality and originality. This situation makes me sad, angry, frustrated, and dismayed that we can no longer
manufacture or sell a quality product anymore in the USA. I've googled
this issue and it seems to be a very common problem with your product.
If you ask me I think it's ridiculous and I will never buy a whirlpool product again. It's too bad because decades ago,
Whirlpool was a reliable company. I echoed another post because
of the terrible lack of responsiveness of this company. The company
is overseen by Haier. More recently, the company filed for bankruptcy in May 2013.
