Samsung customer services are a pathetic joke.
I just wanna let people know that when u buy a Samsung appliance, and it
get damage under the Samsung warranty is a joke! Include a glass door or two,
and let your prettiest china show. Traeger: American firm but exclusively imports from China!

Samsung deserves a class action lawsuit, their warranty specifically
states that transit damage is not covered which is valid but when you try to get failed electronics
repaired under the warranty they blame transit damage, it's an easy out!

I've had Brubaker's do all of my service work. I filed a complaint
with the Better Business Bureau and received a call from Samsung to next day explaining that they cannot open my service ticket number because it is closed.
I told them that if they wanted to open a new ticket they could
but they are choosing not too. The oven light should come
on when you open the door. Which coincides with the EU looking at forcing mobile phone companies to use a standard adaptor to cut down on waste.
8-10 phone calls, each 20 minutes or more trying to get date when they
will repair phone. Through this you will avoid the situation of having a technician who doesn't possess the knowledge
required to repair the appliance in a timely and efficient manner.
I just contacted Samsung customer service and I was told they will not reimburse me my money.
