You may know what your ideal body weight ought to be, but you shouldn't obsess about that figure.
One can recognize an effective regime by the number of inches lost each week and not solely by
assessing his or her body weight.
When I was much younger, with no real worries about weight-loss,
I used to visit the pub for a few beers with mates on a Friday
nights. My walk home would burn off any of the calories consumed
from the beer - or so I believed.
