So lets talk about some of the ways to change what we eat.
We need to stay away from the "bad fats", such as saturated fats, and trans fats.
Saturated fats become solid at room temperature. Trans fats can raise your cholesterol level and increase your risk for heart disease.
Trans fats are mostly in packaged foods. Manufacturers hydrogenate oils to increase the time they can stay on the shelves in stores.

Stay away from these fats.
Red meat is not good for health as it tends to increase our cholesterol levels.

Shift to white meat and fish as an alternative. Instead
of deep frying the fish and poultry, you can broil and bake or grill them.
