Walnut oil and flaxseed oil contain alphalinolenic acid, which your body

and reduce inflammation. Snacking on nuts and seeds are a very good way to reduce the risk of heart disease and other various health conditions due to their many nutrients.
We need to replace the "bad foods" with the "good foods"
and yes, we can have a flat belly. Simply stop using the "bad oils", stop eating
the high fat content junk food and snacks. Replace the "bad" foods with the "good"
foods. Use the better oils as mentioned above, eat more nuts and seeds.

Fruit is a great snack that is very healthy for you.


Studies have shown that those who eat nuts on a regular basis have lower risks
of heart disease. The studies have also shown that men who eat nuts at least twice a week had reduced
risks of sudden cardiac arrest, and women who eat nuts at least four times a week are 40% less likely to die from heart disease.
Walnuts, cashews, almonds, pecans and peanuts can help clear your mind and help you think clearer,
and help balance your moods!
