Hopefully your partner is a heavy sleeper, or very forgiving.

Maybe sleeping in separate rooms will work? How about a gift of ear plugs for your loved one, so they can get a good nights rest?
Even though this may sound a little funny to people reading this who haven't
had to deal with these issues, it really isn't for those going
through it. Not only do you and your partner wake up grumpy,
but at times your snoring can cause some friction. It's not
your fault that you snore, and you'd love to stop it, but is it your partners fault?

No, but they have to put up with it each and every night.

While some people think it's a good idea to sleep with the lights, radio or TV on; these
are same things that cause you to be drifting in and out of Sleep Guard

and increase the chances of you getting an attack.

It maybe true that by avoiding sleep paralysis causes you can avoid the attacks, there are
also other more intelligent ways you can get rid of this problem and never have to be
conscious about so many things. I am not talking
about meditation or yoga either, but tried and proven techniques that have worked
for others.
