Britney's long blonde lock streamed over her chest and down her
back as she filmed herself in a large mirror at a gym.

Spears, who married husband Sam Asghari last summer, also said in the tweet that she's 'not
really convinced on these health juices.

I mean there are SO MANY !!!'
She then noted what inspires her to go to the fitness facility
as she said, 'Yoga and chest call me in. I do it inside,
outside, wherever I fancy … this is me at a gym living my best life.'

Next, the former teen star got into the details of why she decided to delete her Instagram account earlier this month.

'I shut down my Instagram because there were too
many people saying I looked like an idiot dancing and that I looked crazy.

Honestly I was doing my best but it disturbed me to
see people freely talk about it on TV ... yep it hurt my feelings,' she admitted.

Then the entertainer, whose thirteen-year conservatorship ended in 2021, said:
''m sensitive and honestly I would rather take a break and do my
ice cream diet anyway.
'I know I thought it was a joke too … but it's
not … it works … surprisingly enough !!!'
Britney then rehashed a recent event in which some of her fans called on police
to show up to her residence for a welfare check.
'I'm shocked as hell that when I took my Instagram down fans got worried and
sent the cops to my house,' she lamented.
Speaking her mind, she added, '..

it really was uncalled for ... l adore my fans but for
those who did that aren't real fans and I honestly
felt like it was a way to make me look bad !!!'

'I mean D*MN come on … three girls at a restaurant
came up to me yesterday so drunk and loud and sat
right beside me with that gross smell of alcohol and got
right in my face ...

…'
She continued to tell the story as she followed up, 'This time I
said please get the f**k away from me ... Yes … it's Britney B*tch!!!
I woke up and spoke up for myself … can you believe it ???

Honestly I couldn't either … so with that said, please again know I'm doing the best I can …'
She wrapped up the series of notes with a final
piece as she said, 'l'm alive, fine, healthy, and ready to start a new day - a new morning anew !!!

To my real fans, God bless you.'

Days ago Britney was also on Twitter to discuss
the struggle to maintain her privacy and complained that she felt like she was being
'gaslit' and 'bullied.'
Although she stressed that police never 'entered' her house and stayed at her gate, she said the situation went
'a little too far.'
Fans of the singer have lately expressed even more concern than usual after she was seen having wha witnesses described as a 'manic' meltdown at a restaurant earlier this month with her husband
Sam Asghari, 28.

Entirely too much: Britney begged her followers to 'respect my privacy' after overzealous fans called the police for a wellness check after she deleted her Instagram account; seen in 2019

In contrast with her usual bubbly Instagram posts,
Spears' Twitter statement was unusually sober and reserved.

'As everyone knows the police were called
to my home based on some prank phone calls,' she began. 'I love and adore my fans this time things went a little too far and
my privacy was invaded.
She clarified that, 'The police never entered my home,' and they apparently left
shortly after arriving at her gate after finding 'no issue.'
But the run-in with law enforcement over the 'prank phone calls' still left her feeling accosted.
